Which one would you recommend between Rad One and Cxt-2?

Im curious to try the 2's. I do not like the 1's at all. Fit weird on my foot and not as comfy. Current favs are RADS & Haze.

Here is my quick review Metcon Free 5 versus 6 (got them yesterday ) -MF6 feels way lighter, but also feels really cheap in hand versus MF5 -The MF6 Boot makes it hard/a pain to put the shoes on / Take out -MF6 have a softer plushy midsole, the MF5 is way firmer. -MF6 is surprisingly stable while weight lifting. Despite the sole being softer, it seems stable sidewise. -MF6 having less midsole foam exposure could be good. Never have any problem with MF5, even working out on paved road etc. Bottom line : MF6 seems more comfy to walk, but MF5 is a way better fitness Gym shoes. The MF6 feels like KSwiss type shoes, and feels cheap. For me it MF6 are a huge downgrade to MF5

What do you recommend for wide feet? Especially since the trainer plus is no longer an option

Been wearing mine for the last month. I was surprised. Good for running and lifting. Super light! If you scratch the foam it looks yucky.

The exposed foam on the outsole may also be to help with flexibility

I was so excited when I got these until I got blisters on the back of my heel. Wore the 2s the next day with no issue. I think it’s a bit too stiff. I hope it does loosen and soften up a bit because everything else is great ;(

Sole has issues with splitting

The problem with the stretch top design is that people's feet vary not just in length and width but also thickness (sole to top). A conventional tongue design accommodates a lot of variation in thickness (and width to some degree) by the sides sliding over the tongue. If your foot is less thick than they designed for you get the problem you experienced of swimming or bunching when you tighten the laces. If your foot is thicker than they designed for then shoe has to stretch more and will feel tighter, and the laces will become a useless decoration. It's not a good design.

I am obsessed with the Atlas shorts but they are being discontinued. My main use cases for the Atlas were hiking, weightlifting, and also can dress them up a little for a casual dinner. Which of the new styles do you think would be best for that?

Great video as always, just want to give you a suggestion, I think the titles of the videos are very standard so they are not “appealing” I think if you were to use titles more like MKBHD style they would have more impact 😅 just my 2 cents, and really thanks for the info is always valuable when deciding which shoes to buy 🙌🏼

I was sold after you said it has a wider fit. My Free Metcon 4s have been great for me in my fitness journey and I considered getting a second pair since they’re on sale but the 6 sounds like a true update.
